Jayme So why the Art of Illegal Parking? Well I live and work in a college town in central NY, and parking is at a premium and well, cant always be found. However, we are delivery drivers, and deliver we must! So we need to stick our cars somewhere and that place is not always a hundred percent legal! So I throw on those hazard lights, and deliver or pickup as quick as I can. So thats why whenever I explain that i’m running deliveries; that its the Art of Illegal Parking!
